Refund policy

If your Seasonal Throws order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will help with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are generally non-refundable unless we made an error. Custom print-on-demand items may have limited return options for change-of-mind.
